VOTE FOR TRENT

Superintendent Trent North began his tenure with the Douglas County School System in 2017. As leader of the state's 17th-largest school district, he oversees 35 schools, 3,300 employees and 25,000 students. Throughout his 28 years in education, he has maintained an unwavering commitment to seeing every student excel.

Mr. North has chosen the Douglas County Education Foundation (DCEF) which will benefit special needs students in our district.  DCEF's mission is to generate, monitor and dispense funds, provide financial support to programs for enrichment, and to encourage, recognize and reward excellence in the students and staff of the Douglas County School System.  The DCEF fulfills its mission by raising money for graduating high school seniors, Classroom Impact Grants, occasional restricted grants, and honorariums.
